Taking the time to go into Toronto to meet and network with Toronto agents has always been a big part of my business plan. For several reasons ... first .. these are the agents who often meet the people who will be moving to this area before they even list their homes for sale. Property owners will call an agent to find out what their home is worth, then they'll want to see what they can buy with the money they'll have. It's only human nature .. but by connecting at the start we can often help people find opportunities that suit them well that they would otherwise have missed.

The second reason networking is valuable ... there are many real estate companies that don't have local offices. Keeping in front of those agents is critical to keeping our area available to a tremendous number of potential clients.

The feedback in Toronto was great .. they're getting calls from sellers who are recognizing the weakness in the market but need to move forward anyway.

This is a great time to start the ball rollling for the sale of your home.
